My experience with Naresh and Helix House Orthodontics really couldn’t have been better. I have just finished my Lingual Braces Treatment and I am so happy with the results. I had consultations at a number of orthodontic practices who all told me that Lingual Braces were not possible for my teeth and it was only the Damon style that would work in my situation. I am 26 years old and have delayed having braces my whole life due to extreme anxiety and fear of orthodontic procedures (I was offered free treatment when I was under 18 which I was too scared to go through with). Naresh made the whole process a breeze for me and I would highly recommend using this practice. It is a lovely place to visit and Naresh went out of his way continuously over my treatment time to help me out whenever I had any issues – from coming in last minute on his days off, to connecting me with other orthodontists for support in his absence. There was never a moment where I had to struggle as Naresh always found a way to solve any issues I had. The service was 10/10 at all times and I am so grateful – it was worth every penny! What fantastic Orthodontist! I've just had my brace off after 10 months, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff are super friendly - they cant do enough for you and the practice was lovely - it was always immaculately clean. They have top of the range equipment, and I was even able to see a prediction of what my teeth would look like once my treatment was finished. Love the little touches like Prosecco at the end of treatment!! Thanks so much to everyone there, its been a pleasure coming here and I'm actually going to miss it! I cannot recommend Helix House enough.

’ve had my orthodontic treatment with Helix House the past three years and have recently finished with it. I am in love with my new smile and considering that my case was not an easy one, the end result is excellent. The staff at Helix are extremely professional and friendly and have always communicated all the stages of my treatment clearly. The whole team at helix are very lovely, helpful and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and in the most convenient way for you. Naresh and Anshu the orthodontists are brilliant at what they do and you can tell they really are very knowledgeable in their field. So pleased with the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone!
I chose Helix House as my Invisalign providers & they were absolutely fantastic throughout my journey. The dental staff are so friendly & welcoming, nothing was ever too much for them. When I had my partner or parent come with me, they were made to feel just as welcome & were also offered hot drinks whilst we waited. Something that really stood out to me was how the staff always remembered my name when I walked through the door! I know it sounds small but it just went to show how much they valued my journey. I received a gift card when I got engaged & a bottle of Prosecco when I’d finished my braces! The dentist is also in a really lovely building, fresh decor & bright colours make it feel really homely & modern. Thank you Dr Anshu for your amazing work on giving me the smile of my dreams! Thank you to the rest of the team for all your hard work over the past 15 months, shout outs to Gail, Vanessa, & Laura for always making me feel so welcome & more like a friend instead of a customer :-) I recommend Helix House to everyone that asks about my braces.
Helix House are unlike any Orthodontics, the are like family. I was unsure about who to go to for Invisalign treatment and finding them has made this journey smooth and easy. I am on my 4th month of Invisalign and I couldn't be happier with how my teeth are moving and the care they provide. From the initial consultation to actually wearing Invisalign daily, any minor worries or queries I have had, they have always put my mind at rest or given me helpful information. I am so happy I chose to go with them and I can't express how kind and welcoming the whole team are. If you are looking into braces, I would definitely recommend Helix House Orthodontics. Just amazing! Went for my first initial consultation and ended up having the braces done on the same day! Fantastic company, easy car parking, beautiful decor. All the team made me feel comfortable straight from the beginning and we always have a laugh each time. If you’re wondering if Helix House is the one for you.. it definitely is!
